Our team here at Epic Periodontics & Implant Center consists of three highly skilled and welcoming professionals, including our practice manager, Elaine, surgical assistant, Clara, and surgical team lead, Jessica. Each of them has years of experience in both general and specialty dental settings, and is highly capable of providing top-tier, competent, and ethical care to everyone who enters our practice door. Olivia, Registered Dental Hygienist
Olivia has more than a decade’s worth of dental experience. She attended the College of Lake County and is certified in CPR, Delivery of Local Anesthesia, and Delivery of Nitrous Oxide. One thing she enjoys about her job is that she gets to educate her patients and guide them on their way to success.
Olivia is happily married to her husband Michael and likes to spend time with her family. She absolutely loves dark chocolate!
Jazzmine, Office Coordinator
Jazzmine is our office coordinator who helps coordinate patient care & referrals at our practice. She loves working with people and making them smile. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time reading in the forest preserve or with her two cats Stitch & Mochi at home.
Jessie, Lead Surgical Assistant
Jessie has been in the dental field for over a decade. She’s had the opportunity to work in general dentistry, orthodontics, and – right now – periodontics. She has made it her goal to consistently deliver accurate and thorough clinical care to all of her patients. At Epic Periodontics & Implant Center, she enjoys the environment of the workplace and getting to work with so many great people.
Jessie currently has her hands full being a mother to four children of very different ages. Her family is quite active and loves sports. During her spare time, she likes to go bike riding with her dog Bailey as well as spend time with her friends and family.
Kim, Financial Coordinator
Kim works closely with every patient in our office to get them the best experience. She loves helping patients get the dental care they deserve and not allowing financial hurdles to limit them. She enjoys helping with financial arrangements while working with third-party and dental insurance to make sure our patients are getting the dental attention they deserve.
Aleks, Patient Advocate
Aleks is originally from Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. Today she lives in Schaumburg and is currently a student at Elmhurst University. As our Patient Advocate, she loves having the opportunity to get to know our patients better and build strong relationships with them.
When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family. Her hobbies include working out, traveling, reading, and shopping.
